Advanced Hospice is a branch of Advanced Personal Care, a family-owned Home Health and Hospice agency serving the Greater Pittsburgh area.

 

Our organization has worked diligently to meet the home-based medical needs of those in our community, and in 2020 we took that one step forward when we founded our nonprofit organization, Helen's Heroes. Based on the teachings of a loving grandmother to provide support, peace of mind, and guidance to others, Helen's Heroes is our response to the lack of proper medical care and services to people in our area who reside in remote locations, live with food insecurities, suffer from financial hardships and lack access to proper healthcare.

 

Since our inception, we are proud to share that Helen's Heroes has met the needs of more than 450 community members by providing medical care, supplies, and heart-healthy, dietician-approved meal programs delivered to our recipient's homes at no cost.

 

With your generous support, Helen's Heroes will continue to fight social determinants of health and make a difference in the lives of patients and individuals throughout our community.
